Ask:
To design an omnichannel retail experience for the new luxury customer in Tier 1 cities. The experience should be unique and relevant to luxury environments and the shopping journey should be experiential rather than transactional.

More to it:
To create a true signature experience the design needed to focus on sensorial experiences that could evoke the senses like chocolate does through smell, appearance, taste and textures. The customer journey was design as a sensorial experience with a luxurious touch that would extend beyond the retail and accompany the customer after purchase.
